An old favourite that will be a hit any time of day!
- 1 bread roll
- 1 egg
- pinch of salt and pepper
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place the bread roll on an oven tray.
- Cut the top off the bread roll and scoop out some of the bread inside with a spoon.
- Carefully crack the egg into the middle of the bread roll.
- Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper and bake for 15 minutes.
- Take out of the oven and rest for 5 minutes before serving.
