A sweet tasty summer dessert.
- 1 whole pineapple
- Preheat the barbeque to a medium-high heat.
- Cut the top, bottom and skin off the pineapple.
- Cut into slices, removing the hard core, or cut into bite-sized chunks and put onto skewers.
- Cook on the barbeque plate or grill for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- BBQ pineapple is delicious eaten warm by itself, or serve with yoghurt or a dusting of cinnamon.
